Materials needed: Highlight, Shadow, dark-brown eye liner, ii minor/medium flat brushes, and two broad flat brushes.

Optics

First, highlight lid.
Take your shadow and starting time from the corner of your heart and go that heart socket shape. Remember you're quondam, your eye is going to sink in a bit.

Cheeks

Lips
